Which size to print
Easy fits an 11 × 11 grid with 8 words and suits roughly ages 5 to 7, where the win is finding anything at all. Medium is 15 × 15 with 12 words — the size most classroom worksheets use. Hard is 19 × 19 with 18 words. All three place words in any of the 8 directions — forwards, backwards, and diagonally — so what changes between sizes is the grid and the word count, not the placement rules.
Printing it well
Print puts the grid and the word list on one sheet with the controls hidden. If you want the file instead, the PNG is rendered at three times screen size so the letters stay crisp on paper. Download the answer key separately by turning answers on first — it saves under its own filename, so the two never get mixed up.
Using these in a book you sell
Puzzles generated here are yours to use, including in a book you publish. What this page will not do is build the book: a paperback needs dozens of puzzles at a fixed trim size with paired solution pages and consistent margins. KDP Creator does that part, and the royalty calculator prices it before you commit.
