3. Access and Use

Account Sharing: Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing account credentials with others is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. We monitor for simultaneous logins and suspicious behavior.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our tools. You acknowledge that the software, code, and interface remain the exclusive property of Octozia.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the reports, data, and analytics generated by your use of the Service.

Our Property: The Octozia platform, its source code, algorithms, and design are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute our software.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Affiliate & Partner Program

Participation: Acceptance into our Affiliate Program is at our sole discretion.

Prohibited Actions: You may not:

• Engage in "Self-Referral" (purchasing via your own link).
• Use misleading advertisements or bid on "Octozia" keywords in paid search.
• Spam or harass potential users.

Commission Revocation: We reserve the right to withhold or revoke commissions if we detect fraud, self-referrals, or refunds of the referred subscription. Commissions are paid only after a validation period.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of New Mexico and the United States. KELHOS BRAND LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
