This Privacy Policy explains what information KELHOS BRAND LLC ("OctoZia", "we", "our" or "us") collects, how we use, store and protect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website octozia.com (including the member dashboard and KDP Creator) and to our Chrome extensions:

1. Information we collect

1.1 Account information

When you create an account or sign in (on the website or in an extension) we collect your name, email address and either a password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form) or your Google sign-in identity. We also store your country (from your billing details or approximate location) and your account and plan status.

1.2 Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered in Stripe's secure form and is never sent to or stored on our servers. We store your Stripe customer ID, your subscription and invoice records, and the card brand, last four digits and expiry date that Stripe returns so we can show them on your billing page.

1.3 Information collected by the Chrome extensions

The extensions only work on teepublic.com, redbubble.com and octozia.com pages. They do not read your browsing history, other websites, keystrokes or the content of other tabs. When you use them, the extensions send the following to octozia.com:

Sign-in and license data: your email when you sign in, your license key or authentication token, and a random install ID when you are not signed in, so we can check that your plan includes the feature you use.
Feature-use events: which feature you used (for example niche analysis, tag tools or design upload), the extension name and version, the time and, for research features, the search keyword or product title you asked the extension to analyze.
Upload records: when you upload designs with the extension we record the design title, main tag, marketplace, time and whether the upload succeeded, so you can see your upload history in your dashboard.
Message inbox: which OctoZia messages you have read (see 1.6).
Technical data: the IP address of the request when a sign-in link is used, and error reports we need to fix problems.
Anonymous usage statistics sent to Google Analytics 4: extension opens, features used, errors, language and screen resolution. These do not include your email or license key.

Your design image files are uploaded by your own browser directly to TeePublic or Redbubble; they are not sent to our servers. We never collect your TeePublic or Redbubble password.

1.4 Data stored only on your device

The extensions use Chrome's storage to keep, on your own computer: your sign-in session, settings and preferences, saved tags and design templates (title, description, tags). This local data is not sent to our servers and is removed when you uninstall the extension or clear your browser data.

1.5 Website usage and cookies

On octozia.com we record the pages you visit, how you arrived (referring site or campaign link), your IP address and the approximate country derived from it, your browser and device type, and your sign-in sessions. We use this for security, fraud prevention and to understand which pages help people. Necessary cookies (sign-in session, security, and our own first-party visit cookies oz_ft, oz_lt, oz_vid and oz_vs used for fraud prevention and signup attribution) are always on. Google Analytics cookies (_ga) help us understand how visitors find and use the site; visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first, and everyone can accept, reject non-essential cookies or choose at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer. Your choice is stored for 12 months in the oz_consent cookie.

1.6 OctoZia messages in the extension

The extensions periodically fetch messages from OctoZia (product updates, tips, service notices and, if enabled, offers about OctoZia's own plans) and show an unread count on the toolbar icon and an Inbox in the popup. To do this they send your license key (when signed in) or a random install ID (when signed out), and we record which messages have been read. Messages appear only inside the extension, never on the websites you visit. You can turn off offers and promotions at any time with "Show offers and promotions" in the popup; service and update messages always show.

1.7 Support and email

When you contact support we keep your messages and our replies. Our emails record whether they were opened or a link was clicked so we can improve them; marketing emails always include a one-click unsubscribe link.

2. How we use your information

To create and secure your account, sign you in and check which features your plan includes.
To provide the features you use: research results, tag tools, uploads and your dashboard history.
To take payments, send receipts and manage your subscription.
To prevent fraud and abuse, such as shared or stolen licenses and chargeback abuse.
To fix errors and improve our products.
To send service messages and, unless you unsubscribe, product news.

Limited Use: the use of information received from our Chrome extensions adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use extension data only to provide and improve the extensions' single purpose: helping you research, prepare and upload print-on-demand designs. We do not sell it, we do not use or transfer it for advertising, and we do not use or transfer it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.

3. How we store and protect your information

Your data is stored in our database on servers we rent from a data center provider in the United States.
All connections between your browser, the extensions and our servers use encrypted HTTPS.
Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and we never store card numbers.
Access to customer data is limited to OctoZia staff who need it to run the service and support you.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, and only what each one needs:

We may also disclose information if the law or a legal process requires it, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (the new owner would be bound by this policy). TeePublic and Redbubble receive only what you upload to them yourself, under their own privacy policies (TeePublic, Redbubble).

6. How long we keep your information

Account, usage and upload records: while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account we delete or anonymize this data within 30 days.
Billing records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, even after the account is deleted.
Google Analytics data: 14 months.
Data on your device: until you uninstall the extension or clear your browser data.

7. Your rights and choices

Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: update your name and password in your dashboard settings, or ask us to correct anything else.
Deletion: ask us to delete your account and data.
Marketing emails: unsubscribe in one click from any marketing email.
Cookies: change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer.
Extensions: sign out or uninstall the extension at any time.

To use any of these rights, email support@octozia.com. We reply within 30 days. If you live in the EU, EEA, UK or California you also have the rights given by your local law (such as the GDPR or the CCPA), including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

8. Children

Our products are not intended for children under 13 (under 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last Updated" date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the extension.
